Identified

We came under an infrastructure attack that led to a data compromise. As previously mentioned we experienced a service outage on June 11, 2025, users may be unable to access certain parts of the service at this time. Our human translation service is still available but in limited volume. You may try our AI translation service if you have translation needs.

Our engineers are working to restore the platform service, but the complexity of the issue is causing significant delays. We apologize that we’re unable to provide a specific ETA for recovery at this time.

Certain service and data such as project groups, translation files and histories have been affected. It’s important to note that we have never stored your payment card information in our system, there is no risk of card data exposure from this incident. Within our system, sensitive data is protected using salted hashing.

We understand the critical nature of your work and sincerely apologize for the disruption to your projects. We recommend using alternative solutions to get through this difficult time. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact us at support@oneskyapp.com.
